Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 09 JAN 2024 meetings were reviewed. Randy Wolff moved to
approve the minutes. Weston Beal seconded. Without objection the minutes were
approved.

Call for opens:
 - Bob asked the group to discuss an issue from Stefan Paret about compiling
   IBISCHK.

AR review:
 - Bob will file the new bug report regarding path name to be fixed in the
next version of IBISCHK. Send BUG246_draft1.
      done
 - Bob Ross – Send revised TSCHK2.1.0 contract to Atul Agarwal for signature.
      done

New ARs:

Discussion:
 - [AR] Bob will get some details from Stefan Paret about his compiler and
environment. He will probably then send the question and the details to
   Atul for a recommendation.

a. BUG246_draft1
Bob presented a draft2 for editing during the meeting. The title of the bug
is "clarification on slash characters and parser usage." This is an issue
on Windows only since the specification says to always use forward slash
(/) characters for the path delimiter. This is the normal syntax on Linux.
Weston said that the forward slash in the Windows command line probably
should not be valid. It's inconsistent that IBISCHK allows this syntax when
finding the IBS file to open, but then does not use the base file name to
compare the value of [File Name]. Randy verified that the forward slash is
allowed and works correctly in the command prompt.

The bug is not about incorrectly implementing the specification. The
problem is just that the parser assumed using only back-slash (\) for the
path delimiter on Windows. Therefore, the severity is not severe, but only
   annoying.

b. Digital Signature in IBISCHK
Bob suggested that we postpone this discussion until after DesignCon. This
idea came from Michael Mirmak. Intel might require or desire this feature.
This will require some discussion for understanding the requirements and
   then a bug report.

Tabled topics (no discussion without motion):
